This page will be used to provide Telemark Owners with pertinent information and news regarding the Telemark Townhouse complex. Please check here periodically for updates.  

All Unit Owners are responsible for advising their Tenants and Guests of the Telemark Townhouse Association. Owners will be held liable for any violations. Telemark Rules January 2024

Insurance:  Please, read this letter. Find here your Unit Owner Certificate of Liability Insurance. And find here the details of our Insurance subscription.

Comcast TV Channels at Telemark:  See Comcast Website for details.  The Association provides a basic service to all Units.  Including internet.  Additional upgrades are at the cost and responsibility of the Unit Owner/Tenant requiring the additional services.  The bulk account number with Comcast for Telemark is #8497 50 500 0051905. Advise Comcast of this bulk account number when setting up your own individual account for your Unit.

Parking: Owners, Tenants and Guests must use their designated parking spaces only.  This regulation will be strictly enforced. For the owners, here are the resources to deal with the violators. If additional parking spaces are needed on a temporary basis, please obtain permission from other owners or tenants/guests before using their spaces. Information should be placed on dashboards identifying Unit (and telephone number) utilizing the additional space. 

Violators will be towed.  Owners of the Unit associated with the parking violation will be subject to fine in accordance with the Telemark Townhouse Rules and Regulations.

All Tenants who have received approval from their Landlord to have a pet on site must furnish a copy of a fully executed Pet Agreement to the Landlord as well as to the Telemark Townhouse Association Board
